We generally use the following tools to replicate your style in Lightroom: Temperature / Tint, Exposure, Highlight Recovery, Shadows, White / Black Clipping, Colour Adjustments and Noise reduction.

What kind of adjustments do you make to my images?

Our editing fee does not include brush adjustments, radial filters, graduated filters, skin smoothening or spot removal.

Do you offer a cull-only service?

We can! We just ask that you apply the presets prior to sending us the wedding and create samples for us to use as a guide throughout the coverage to ensure we’re on the right track when editing the job. 

I use different presets for each wedding, can you work with this? 

We don’t offer skin retouching or photoshop work at this stage - let us know if you need a recommendation and we’ll be happy to send some though.

There are a number of options for black and white conversions. If you’d like to have a percentage of the coverage in black and white for example 25% that is included in your editing fee otherwise we have the following options: 

Full black and white set: $75 flat rate on top of your editing fee

Percentage of black and white duplicates. This will give you two versions of the same image, one colour and one black and white for the percentage you choose. Pricing is based on whatever bracket the total number of files falls into with the additional percentage added on.  

Are you able to provide black and white conversions?

We’re super proud to be one of the few editing companies worldwide that don’t outsource our production. To keep up with our high quality of work and customer service all of our team work in either our Sydney or Melbourne office here in Australia. Rest easy being in the know about where your images actually go! 

Where are my images edited? 

You bet! We will assign you an editor who will get to know you and your business along with your specific preferences. You’re able to speak with them directly regarding feedback. We love that our clients often build strong relationships with our editors and this helps so much with creating long lasting working relationships.

How do I send you my files?

Sadly it’s a little too disruptive to our workflow to provide sneak peeks for your clients or social media earlier than the rest of the job. If you have provided some sneak peeks earlier, leave these in the catalog as they gives us a great idea of the direction you’re taking the edits and we can use these as a guide for the rest of the order when it’s in production. 

Can you supply me sneak peeks before the job is completed?

Sorry! We only work with Lightroom SmartPreviews files. 

Can I just send you RAW files?

The short answer is… We’ll make it right! 

As editing is so subjective especially as we first start working together it’s possible you may not be 100% happy with the first job you receive back. While we do our best to minimise this by having approved samples and presets but sometimes there are still some tweaks that need to be made. 

With every job that leaves us, your satisfaction is our number 1 priority. 


Once we find out there’s a problem and work out the details you’ll get a revised catalog from us generally within 24-48 hours. 

What happens if I don’t like the edits I receive?

We only work with the Adobe Creative Cloud subscription version of Lightroom which ensures that both us and our clients have access to the most recent versions at all times. 

Do you work with older versions of Lightroom?

We will send you back a completed Lightroom Catalog. 

How do I receive my images back?

Absolutely! We only feature images on our social media and website after receiving written permission from our wonderful clients for each image. We do not need any credit for editing your images and you do not need to tell your clients you’re using our services. 

Can working with you remain confidential? 

We send you an invoice that has our bank account details or you can click the ‘Pay Online’ button to pay using your credit card via our credit card merchant PayPal. 

How can I pay?

We charge in Australian Dollars.

What currency do you charge in?

We sometimes have a rush service available depending on your editors workload. Please email us to see if there’s any availability. 

Is it possible to pay for a rush job?

With the high demand for our boutique studio our pricing is based around each individual wedding and what goes into our processes. Every edit we create requires the same amount of time, care and attention from our editors - regardless of if a client shoots 10 weddings or 100 weddings. For this reason we’re unable to provide discounts on our services. 

I shoot 45 weddings per year, can you offer volume discounts?

Our standard turnaround for most of the year for full weddings is 10 business days. Jobs under 100 files are 5 business days and cull only jobs take between 7 and 10 business days.  

During our peak season we may extend our turnaround to ensure we maintain the high quality of the product we deliver. You'll always be told upfront at the point of submission if we have an extended turnaround at the time and an exact return date so you're able to make the choice if you'd still like to submit.
